The only thing I wanted to do was go swimming but the pool was closed for a cleaning so that was not going to happen. I was really sad; I had all this energy, lots of time, and nothing I wanted to do, so I decided I would make dinner! lol
Yep at like 4 I started making shrimp scampi, with vermicelli, and broccoli. For anyone that knows me I'm not exactly a good cook, I normally have to follow a recipe but today I was flying solo. Best part is it turned out! And that meant that I had to take a picture and do a post because I was so excited, not only did it taste good but I looked good to. So here it is.

Nicole! I’m so lame because I haven’t commented on your blog. For some reason I can’t do it from my phone. LAME! And let’s be honest… I do EVERYTHING from my phone. I still don’t get this new way of posting. I hate it. Anyway, I love your blog. I look at it all the time.
